Here you can find an assortment of home decor, accessories, invitations, favours, party decoration. All of our handmade products are created with great attention to detail. We know you will love your piece as much as we've loved designing and creating them.

If you are looking for something particular which you can not find in our shop, please do let us know. We will try our best to help you. We welcome custom orders, so please contact us!


Minois accepts PayPal and all major credit cards. All prices listed on our website are quoted in Canadian Dollars.

Items will only be made and shipped after payment has cleared.

All items are meticulously packaged and shipped via Canada Post. Once an item has shipped you will receive notification.

Small items are generally shipped to United States via Canada Post Small Packet Air (and via Regular Parcel for local Canadian shipments), with NO insurance or tracking number option, except when indicated differently. Please allow 7-10 business days for your item to arrive.
Heavier items or combined items are shipped via Canada Post Surface or Expedited Parcel, except when indicated differently. In Canada and the United States, the estimated delivery is 10-14 business days (Surface option) and 3-8 business days for Expedited Parcel (depending on location). Overseas, please allow 4-6 weeks (International Parcel Surface), although timeframe is generally smaller.

For special shipping, please contact us before you finalize your order. If you require your product sooner than the expected delivery time, there are other shipping options available, however there is an extra fee, which will be invoiced to you through a custom invoice.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost domestic or overseas shipments that do not have insurance option. However, insurance and tracking options are available upon request but will incur an additional cost. Canada Post charges extra for these features, please note your requests prior to completing your purchase, so we may apply the applicable fee.

International & Overseas Orders (except United States: please read above):  

Minois ships worldwide. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel and its destination. Please contact us for a custom Shipping & Handling estimate, according to your location. 

Please note that your order total does not include, nor is Minois responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. Furthermore, we are not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order. These costs, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

So we're sure you wont want to return a thing! However we understand that sometimes things aren't always as expected. If you would like to exchange your purchase, you will be responsible for returning it in it's original condition as well as taking care of all shipping costs. Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt.

Custom/personalized items cannot be returned.

In the event that a package loses its way home to you, in case you do have insurance option, we ask that you wait up to 2 weeks for domestic and up to 4 weeks for foreign orders before any replacement items can be sent.

1) Do you do custom orders?
We are always looking forward to working with our customers to create exactly what they are wanting for their special and unique events, so we'd love hearing from you! 

2) Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Currently we are not offering our products wholesale.

3) Do you offer bulk discounts?
Generally the price of each item is final, as all of the items are handmade individually. We prefer keeping our retail prices as affordable as possible and that doesn't leave much wiggle room for extra discounts.
But of course it depends on the circumstance. Please contact us with your specific need.

4) How long does it take to receive my order?
Each product on our website has a specific processing time. Processing times do not include shipping transit time. After adding a product to your shopping cart, you may enter your delivery postal/zip code to calculate a delivery date. You may select an expedited shipping method during checkout if needed. Processing and transit days are counted as business days, and do not include weekends and holidays.

5) IMPORTANT: The products on this website are for decorative use only. All the items should not be used without adult supervision, as small pieces may pose a choking hazard for young children.
